I filmed this almost a year ago... This is what a small scale production of cutting boards looks like. I made two types of blanks. Type A is edge glued and ends up around 3/4" thick. Type B is thicker 1 1/4" boards made from thin strips that are flat sawn, glued face to face. In PART 4 of this series, I will show the time and cost results of the whole process.
