• 8" round pink velvet cake - no cocoa added, and 1 tsp pink liquid food colour and a touch of Americolor Electric Pink gel
• two batches cream cheese
- 400g pink -equal parts pink liquid food colour and Americolor Electric Pink gel

- 200g (7oz) dark green - equal parts Americolor Forest and Mint Green
