This is a Pokémon Ruby customization (the Original Trainer ID of their choice!) where the buyer wanted a completely legit Eon Ticket transferred with the E Reader. In order to do this, I am playing through a brand-new Ruby save file until I beat my in-game Father, Norman (5th Badge Member!), and could unlock mystery event functionality. I did this, got the Eon Ticket, but then realized that I needed to progress much further into the story if I wanted to fulfill the goal/request of saving right in front of Latias, so that they can get to shiny hunting asap.
I didn't know if they also wanted to hunt Groudon so I decided to stop playing!
At the end, I start organizing Pokémon because the listing also included Pokémon Eggs, and also rare Pokémon that you can't find throughout normal Ruby Gameplay.
