I get the Eon Ticket from Norman after using a physical Eon Ticket on E Reader Card. Then, I make my way past the towns to eventually get to Lilycove, where I hope I can meet Latias?

*NOTE* This is a Pokémon Ruby customization where the buyer wanted a completely legit Eon Ticket transferred with the E Reader. In order to do this, I am playing through a brand-new Ruby save file until I beat my in-game Father, Norman (5th Badge Member!), and could unlock mystery event functionality.
