Down D Islands with @Trini_Surfer & @trinistylewithdinesh ! We are loading up the boat in Chaguaramas with Captain Darrin, and heading out for a proper boat tour and island cookout on some tropical islands on the west side of Trinidad. We check out Turtle Bay, Scotland Bay and hang out with some bottlenose dolphins that magically appear . Then it's a proper lime on Gaspar Grande island, starting with exotic fruit tasting some rambutan, mangosteen, longan aka dragon eye, rollinia & another mystery fruit. Then it's lunch time where Chef Dinesh shows us how to cook up some authentic Trini style cuisine...Geera Pork, Curry Lamb & Curry Baigan.
