16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 (4 oz) can fire-roasted chiles, drained
1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
1 cup cooked, chopped bacon
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2–3 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby-Jack, or blend)

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Mix in sour cream until fully combined.
Stir in fire-roasted chiles, pimentos, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce.
Fold in shredded cheese.
