$All-Inside Quad ACLR Using the FiberTag® TightRope® SB Implant With the InternalBrace™ Technique In this video, we demonstrate all‑inside ACL reconstruction using a quadriceps tendon autograft, combined with FiberTag® TightRope® soft-button fixation and InternalBrace™ augmentation. The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is a key stabilizer of the knee, commonly injured in sports. Advanced surgical techniques aim to restore stability while minimizing invasiveness and improving recovery. 🔧 Procedure Overview The procedure begins with harvesting a full-thickness quadriceps tendon graft, typically around 65–70 mm in length, providing strong, reliable tissue for reconstruction. The graft is prepared using FiberTag® sutures and TightRope® soft-button fixation, creating a metal-free construct that avoids traditional hardware. Using an all-inside technique, sockets are created in both the femur and tibia with specialized reamers, allowing for precise graft placement while preserving bone. The graft is passed into the joint and secured using adjustable loop TightRope® fixation, ensuring strong cortical fixation on both sides.
