In this video, we demonstrate all‑inside ACL reconstruction using a quadriceps tendon autograft, combined with FiberTag® TightRope® soft-button fixation and InternalBrace™ augmentation.
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is a key stabilizer of the knee, commonly injured in sports. Advanced surgical techniques aim to restore stability while minimizing invasiveness and improving recovery.
🔧 Procedure Overview
The procedure begins with harvesting a full-thickness quadriceps tendon graft, typically around 65–70 mm in length, providing strong, reliable tissue for reconstruction.
The graft is prepared using FiberTag® sutures and TightRope® soft-button fixation, creating a metal-free construct that avoids traditional hardware.
Using an all-inside technique, sockets are created in both the femur and tibia with specialized reamers, allowing for precise graft placement while preserving bone.
The graft is passed into the joint and secured using adjustable loop TightRope® fixation, ensuring strong cortical fixation on both sides.
An InternalBrace™ FiberTape is then added and fixed with a suture anchor to reinforce the reconstruction and provide additional stability during healing.
✅ Key Benefits of All-Inside Quad ACL Reconstruction
Minimally invasive all-inside approach
Strong quadriceps tendon autograft
Metal-free fixation with soft buttons
Reinforced stability with InternalBrace™ augmentation
Preserves bone and reduces surgical trauma
🦵 Clinical Applications
This technique is commonly used for:
ACL tears in athletes and active individuals
Primary ACL reconstruction
Patients seeking minimally invasive options
Cases where bone preservation is important
🏃 Recovery & Outcomes
Postoperative rehabilitation typically includes:
Early controlled motion
Progressive strengthening
Gradual return to sports
The addition of InternalBrace™ support may help enable earlier functional rehabilitation while protecting the graft.
🎯 Who This Video Is For
Orthopedic surgeons & residents
Sports medicine specialists
Knee ligament reconstruction learners
Athletes researching ACL surgery options

![Posterior Labral Tear Repair With Tensionable Knotless 1.8 FiberTak® Soft Anchors
In this video, we demonstrate posterior labral repair of the shoulder, performed arthroscopically using tensionable knotless 1.8 mm FiberTak® soft anchors.
The glenoid labrum is a ring of cartilage that stabilizes the shoulder joint. A posterior labral tear can lead to pain, instability, and reduced function, often requiring surgical repair when conservative treatment fails.
🔧 Procedure Overview
The procedure is performed arthroscopically using an anterior viewing portal and a posterior working portal for anchor placement and suture management.
A drill guide is positioned at the posterior glenoid rim, ensuring accurate anchor placement for optimal fixation and bone purchase.
FiberTak® soft anchors are inserted into the glenoid, and sutures are passed through the labrum and capsule using a suture-passing device to capture sufficient tissue for repair.
A mattress suture configuration is often used for the inferior aspect of the tear, helping restore labral height and improve joint biomechanics.
The anchors are then converted and tensioned, allowing precise adjustment of the repair without tying knots, while bringing the labrum back to its anatomical position. [Posterior...Knotless 1 | Word]
Additional anchors may be placed sequentially along the posterior glenoid to fully repair the tear and restore stability.
✅ Key Benefits of Knotless Posterior Labral Repair
Knotless fixation simplifies the procedure
Allows adjustable tensioning for optimal repair
Minimally invasive arthroscopic approach
Restores labral anatomy and shoulder stability
Reduces operative complexity and improves efficiency
🦴 Clinical Applications
This procedure is commonly used for:
Posterior labral tears
Posterior shoulder instability
Sports-related shoulder injuries
Failed conservative management
🏃 Recovery & Outcomes
Postoperative care typically includes:
Sling immobilization initially
Gradual range-of-motion progression
Strengthening and return-to-sport protocols
Patients often experience improved stability, decreased pain, and restored shoulder function.
