In part 1, the bobbin inductors did not work well (OK, they plain failed). Here I will show a comparison to working radios of similar design.
I jumped to some conclusions in the past, but maybe I need to go back to 7th grade science class and run some well controlled experiments to see if the small inductors are doomed to failure, or is there some parameter that can be changed to make them work? That's next video.
