Mario's Journal:
Day 30
Eventually we came to a room where there was no mirror, but the room was clearly split as if there was. We had to move three statues into certain places and the only way to turn them was to talk to the albino dinos connected to them from certain angles.
Once each statue was in place, another room was open to us. There we found the Crystal King outside the palace itself. He was quite the magician. He could split himself into three which confused all of us! Thankfully, Kooper and his fire shell attack helped us find the real one. The Crystal King also had powerful ice attacks. Some of us got frozen, but we thawed quickly thanks to those who weren't frozen.
Eventually, we shattered the Crystal King and the Star Spirit, Kalmar, was saved. We took Kalmar out of the palace and he gave me his power. Kalmar said that we need to get to Shooting Star Summit where we will take the Star Way directly to Star Haven. There we will meet with the other Star Spirits on what to do next.
We're on our way back to Toad Town. I'm sure Bowser isn't happy to hear that I've saved all the Star Spirits. I'm worried about Peach. Twink hasn't been back for so long. I hope nothing has happened to them.
