Day 3 of my cross-Canada Christmas drive brought me to Yellow Grass, Saskatchewan, where I had the honor of speaking to 105 amazing kids from Kindergarten to Grade 12 at Yellow Grass School!
During my Best Effort Always assembly, I shared stories of resilience, teamwork, and the joy of frisbee, leaving the students inspired and ready to take on challenges with a positive mindset and challenged them to get ScreenStrong!
Driving through the snow-covered prairies, I’m reminded of how important it is to connect with communities and spread holiday cheer along the way.
This journey is about more than the destination – it’s about inspiring others and sharing the joy of physical activity and learning.

- Driving 11 hours to stay with friends in Minneapolis, Minnesota
