I spent the morning speaking to 180 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 at Caronport Elementary School. They learned all about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness.
I challenged them to start a Frisbee Club, left a Dodgebee with the PE teacher, and gave away two Frisbee Rob minis to students who helped me demo disc golf!
I talked about what's possible with frisbee including ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, and how much fun it is to create your own games and to invent your own throws.
