I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 300 students from Grade 1-6 at Our Lady of the Rosary School in Calgary.
They learned all about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness during the assembly and went absolutely wild when I made the trick shot into the basketball net on the 3rd try!
During the workshops, they learned all about what's possible with frisbee including disc golf, ultimate, and freestyle. I'm going to be working with them to start a Frisbee Club, which I'm stoked about!
