Cross country skiers should do a binding check periodically through the ski season. I recently discovered that both of my bindings were broken when I went to glide wax my skis. Here is a link to the video I did last year on installing and adjusting your Turnamic bindings - youtube.com/watch?v=u0IT7eOzPLo Fortunately the broken bindings hadn't impacted my skiing but essentially my bindings were not fixed solidly to my skis. I quickly ordered another pair of Turnamic bindings and may have figured out how they inadvertently broke. In any case check your bindings through the ski season.
