Chicken Spiedini is crumbed Italian-American chicken skewers, grilled golden and drenched in hot garlic butter. Restaurant flavour from your own backyard.
The crumb is the whole trick. Toasted panko and parmesan scattered onto every piece, then hot garlic butter spooned over the second they come off the grill. It soaks into the crust and lifts the whole thing.
Spiedini comes from the Italian word spiedo, meaning spit or skewer. That extra crumbed surface is doing real work, turning humble chicken into something worth a proper restaurant.
