BAGNET
Ingredients:
Leftover bagnet, chopped
½ cup fish sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar, more to taste
1 stalk lemon grass, sliced thin
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp inartem balayang
2 tbsp calamansi juice, more to taste
2 tbsp chili flakes, to taste
Cilantro, as needed
Garnish:
White onions
Spring onions
Procedure:
1. Heat up leftover bagnet in a fryer or air fryer and set aside.
2. Mix together all ingredients and pound with a mortar and pestle.
3. Pound left over bagnet and mix together with the sauce.
