This video covers my solution to creating a UV for flow and tiling of textures based on a height map. In this way you can use your existing mountains or other height maps to move and tile textures like lava, ocean foam, rivers and the like based on height. Note, If you use Gaea or world machine you can generate the normal map for the entire height directly in that software, or you can build the normal map in Substance Bitmap to material or other means to skip that set of calculations in UE4 and have better quality. This example was in the case of you having nothing but ue4 and a height map. :)
