This video is the next step after creating the base skin texture. I'm sorry it's again a longer video, nearly an hour in length. However there were 5 things we needed to go through to get it there.
1. scene scale
2. good lighting
3. linear workflow
4. SSS and MIA shaders
5. creating the final map adjustments for SSS

So rather than break it up, I went ahead and did it all at once.. and even though I took about 54 mins, I did feel a little rushed through it as there is so much to know. You could spend an hour on lighting alone,.. If you already fully understand linear workflow, and how it alters lighting with the mia exposure simple, feel free to jump to the last quarter of the video when I adjust the shader and images.
