In this tutorial we will create a beautiful water scene. The tutorial is divided into 4 chapters. Every chapter will explain how a specific step to create this sort of scene.
In the first chapter we will create the water from a mesh. The mesh will be generated by c# code and we will use perlin noise to give it a lively appearance. You will apply some octaves to it to have a very random movement, but still you are able to say that these are ocean waves. You will learn how to place vertices, calculate boundaries, set the normal right and use a mesh renderer.
