Quick and easy creamy cucumber salad!
Ingredients
Cucumber 1-2 medium size
Salad onion 1
Greek yoghurt 6 tbsp
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Grated garlic 1 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley

Instructions
Thinly slice some fresh cucumber and salad onions. In a big bowl, mix yoghurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss in the cucumber, onion, and parsley, then combine it until creamy and delicious!
