I've printed hundreds if not thousands of parts, and I've never had so much trouble printing as I've had with these particular spools. But I didn't know it was the filament at first, it made the most sense to me that something was wrong with the printer. Having replaced all of the common parts and not having any better success I started looking at what some other causes might be, and while taking some measurements I was completely surprised at what I found. Actually I didn't believe it, so I remeasured, because the label says one thing and I was measuring something completely different. The measurements were correct, the spool was the problem, but actually it was all of the spools, which makes me wonder whether this was a bad batch, or just a bad way of making filament. In any case I switched back, but I was in a pinch and I needed to get some parts made, so I dug a bit and found a way to print with bad filament.
I'm still enjoying printing with my two Ender 3 V2s, but I am also having a great time with the new Bambu X1C printer, it really helps me to make these videos faster.
