We give you the tips to get free RV overnight stays at Cracker Barrel restaurants all across the USA. We tell you how to find them and how to behave when you are there. These are great FREE options if you got a hungry RV crew. Don't run your generator, park in the RV/Bus spots. Call ahead. Do eat at the restaurant. There are no water, showers, hook-ups, dump stations. You need to be relatively self sufficient. It is primarily a good option if the weather is good for not using heating or AC. It is an alternative to a Harvest Host location. No membership is required to crackerdock. Boondocking gives you more freedom, but Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land is rare in the Eastern and Southern USA. Only do it for one night (at a given location). You probably should keep your RV travel trailer or fifth wheel hitched, but you can put down stabilizers.
