We have had our sailboat stranded 700 miles from Australia for over two years. Australia is the worst country in the South Pacific. Australians have given up their freedoms for a COVID zero policy that is impossible to achieve when safe and effective vaccines and treatments make the totalitarian border closers, contact tracing, and quarantines obsolete. Corruption is creeping into Australian government with hotel monopoly's and visa agents who sell access.
