Linus Wilson recounts his experience climbing Maine's state high point Mt. Katahdin on June 2, 2025, the day after two hikers went missing. The search was not initiated until after he and his daughter were near the summit.

Tim Keiderling, 58, to be accidental and his 28-year-old daughter, Esther tried to summit Katahdin on June 1, 2025. The father's body was not discovered until June 3, 2025, near the summit.
