I got this fab organic french terry from @minervadotcom and decided to sew up a cozy Bleeker sweatshirt perfect for January lounging! I used an iridescent organza for the ruffles.

✨ Whenever I sew with anything terry, I love using wooly nylon thread in my upper and lower loopers of my serger to keep all those loose terry loops from shedding as I wear it. The wooly nylon has a “loft” to it that fills in the looper stitches so you get a fully enclosed overlock stitch. Plus it’s super soft so the interior seams are comfortable. Have you ever used it?
