American Crime Story premiered with a bang, its first season garnering numerous award nomination. However, producers on the hit show have been unable to decide on the topics of future seasons, changing ideas at the last minute. This lead to a lackluster second season of the anthology show. However, it was just announced that the third season will focus on the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton, and the Monica Lewinsky scandal that preceded it. The shocking part is that this show is set to debut during election season of 2020, and might influence voters by dredging up the scandals of the past. Is this is smart move for the series?
