Fearne Cotton presents links into Pokemon and X-Men, sets a competition, and even does a bit of a rap for our nostalgic viewing pleasure back in April 2001, broadcast some unknown time during the Easter holidays, but definitely after Monday 16th.
I have no memory that MP3 digital cameras ever existed, and I can't imagine they were around for very long. Definitely a precursor to the smartphone, sort of, but not really. I should point out that these clips come from two separate (perhaps consecutive) days of Cotton on GMTV, the dividing point being 3:07. There's also a small number of ads to enjoy, including that Corn Flakes cow who fascinatingly is definitely unambiguously male, and what better way to end than with a bit of Titchmarsh?
Many thanks to @David315842 for sending me this tape.

![ITV Tyne Tees Night Time ad breaks and continuity (8/3/1998)
Five full ad breaks from the Channel 3 North East/Tyne Tees region during and after the Formula One, around ITV Sport Classics with Matthew Lorenzo, and then it cuts out just before we go into the news in early hours of Sunday, 8th March, 1998. Includes some nice continuity and promos, including for the World Cup in France, which was still a good few months away. IBM helpfully inform us that the Internet is the future of business, and I like the Maverick Bar and Wispa Gold sort of going head-to-head.
[EDIT: This is the final day of the Channel 3 North East branding before the TTTV logo returned in updated form. Well done to @JimmyT1993 in the comments for picking up on that.]
I cant imagine either 0891 35 35 35 or 0891 50 50 50 are still connected today, but just in case they are, choose wisely and dial carefully. Depending on your perspective, only one of them is likely to give you what youre hoping for.
Grateful thanks to Ben for sending me this recording.
