DI Burnside (a.k.a. Chris Ellison) presents a couple of Sky One introductions to episodes of The Simpsons. The first montage - "D'oh Try This at Home" - focuses on Homer's accidents and leads into a showing of Bart the Daredevil, while the second is called "Springfield's Dumbest Criminals" and really speaks for itself. That one introduces the All Singing All Dancing clip show.
I think these went out either right at the end of 2000 or perhaps January 2001. I'm willing to be corrected either way.
Many thanks to @David315842 for sending me this tape.

![ITV Tyne Tees Night Time ad breaks and continuity (8/3/1998)
Five full ad breaks from the Channel 3 North East/Tyne Tees region during and after the Formula One, around ITV Sport Classics with Matthew Lorenzo, and then it cuts out just before we go into the news in early hours of Sunday, 8th March, 1998. Includes some nice continuity and promos, including for the World Cup in France, which was still a good few months away. IBM helpfully inform us that the Internet is the future of business, and I like the Maverick Bar and Wispa Gold sort of going head-to-head.
[EDIT: This is the final day of the Channel 3 North East branding before the TTTV logo returned in updated form. Well done to @JimmyT1993 in the comments for picking up on that.]
I cant imagine either 0891 35 35 35 or 0891 50 50 50 are still connected today, but just in case they are, choose wisely and dial carefully. Depending on your perspective, only one of them is likely to give you what youre hoping for.
Grateful thanks to Ben for sending me this recording.
