1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cinnamon sugar:
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Chocolate sauce:
3.53 oz (100 g) Heavy cream
1 pinch of Kosher salt
1 tbsp Corn syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1.9 oz (55 g) Dark chocolate
