This is silent 16mm film taken by Stan Martin and his family, starting in the 1950s. This is the third of four film clips of footage taken in and around Copper Harbor Michigan from the early 1930s through the late 1970s.
The plane show at the beginning is the float plane version of the Cessna 195. This particular plane was manufactured in 1948 and, as of 2004, was still registered and in active service.
