This is the aftermath of an accident, just south of Venado. It took place directly in front of a speed limit sign. The sign didn't stop the accident, and in fact the sign signals a left turn when in fact, just after the hill's crest the road actually bends to the RIGHT before turning left.
As of 2018, we've now had three accidents at this exact same location.
