I remember watching the noodle masters when I was younger, but for my daughter—born and raised here in the US—the idea of "Dancing Noodles" on a menu sounded pretty weird! 😂. We weren't at a theater or a big stage show; we were just sitting at our table at Haidilao in Irvine when the master appeared. Watching her face go from confused to completely amazed as the noodles literally flew past her nose was the highlight of our night.It’s such a great way to "break the ice" whether you’re taking your young kids for a fun surprise or even bringing business clients for a dinner they’ll actually remember.
