Learn how to make light, fluffy, sweet, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth fluff using only 5 ingredients! This recipe makes a great side dish but it's also a great dessert and is perfect on those hot summer days. You can also make it up for picnics, barbecues, cookouts, graduations...it's great anytime! Or just make it up for the kiddos for a snack but I can't promise they won't be begging you for it for awhile. It's like ice cream...but better. :)
What you'll need:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (3.4oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
24 Oreo cookies
16 oz container whipped topping
In a small bowl, break cookies into pieces. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and milk and whisk to combine. Add in the pudding and mix well. When slightly firm, add in cookies and fold to coat. Finally, fold in whipped topping being careful not to over mix. Mix just until no more yellow or white streaks remain. Put into your serving dish of choice, cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with additional cookie crumbs if desired and serve. Makes about 8 cups of fluff. Enjoy!!
