Before I left for 3 weeks in the Scottish Highlands, Joe and I had a date night and splurged on some sushi and sake at YoSushi on Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was our first time trying Conveyor Belt style sushi where the cold dishes are served via a conveyor belt which runs around the restaurant. The color of the plates the food was on indicated how much that dish costs. When you wanted to order a hot dish you would press a button and the wait staff would come over to take your order. It was a really fun dinner with an awesome view and we really enjoyed ourselves!
We also did a bit of shopping downtown since both Joe and my laptop began having issues and Joe needed to grab a few things for backpacking. At Primark you get a look at my Harry Potter obsession!
