The price you pay for living in a condo/apartment building in a city where construction people can’t afford to buy a electric or pneumatic chisel to break up tile. They will be pounding on this floor probably all week.
Even more concerning to me is the fact they are going to replace this pool deck with ceramic tile. I wonder how many people will hurt themselves when they climb out of that hot tube and step down on that nice slick tile with their wet feet.
