Margaret's Collard Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Collard greens, l large bunch
Pear, 2 very ripe bartletts
Orange, 1 peeled
Avocado, ½ small
Banana, 2 ripe (add more or less to suit your taste)

DIRECTIONS
Blend and enjoy. If you're using fall or winter collards and find them bitter, remove the center rib.
