According to Denise Thomas (CF-L4), we need to reconsider our relationship to the C-word in our gyms: competition.

“This word, 'competition,' seems to have become like a dirty word in the affiliate community,” Thomas said.

Some gym owners think competition is just for those people who want to go to the Games.

“That’s not true,” Thomas said before correcting the misconception.
