Are you concidering to buy @breville Pizzaiolo? Wondering if it's worth the hype?...
This video is for true pizza lovers, pizza Gurus and those who just appreciate a good juicy pizza... this video is for you!
Let's compare 2 ways to cook pizza: using a good old pizza stone vs. using an “almost professional” indoor smart pizza oven by Breville – Pizzaiolo!
- DOWNLOAD the FREE recipe e-book: breville.oie8.net/zM57m
- BREVILLE PIZZAIOLO - breville.oie8.net/zM57m
For the purposes of this comparison, I’ve:
- cooked the same type of pizza both using the pizza stone vs. using a Pizzaiolo: Neapolitan style pizza.
- used the same preheating time: *20 min
- turned up the temperature to a max in the conventional oven (500F) and lowed the temperature down to 600F in Breville Pizzaiolo (max temperature that this pizza oven can go up to is 750F).
*I thought that 20 min was not enough for the pizza stone to get properly preheated in the oven, but actually it was pretty ok. You’ll see in the video that the bottom crust turned out to be more or less good. While, as Breville pizza oven was done preheating in 15 min.
