Borscht soup is no doubt a staple of the Soviet cuisine. But could we modernize it without compromising on taste?... Hmm... I believe, I just know how! Check out this Borscht Cappuccino video to learn, how to make a modern version of the classical Borscht soup with some molecular gastronomy elements.
FYI, I’ve made this Borscht version completely vegetarian (could be vegan if you use a vegan cream, instead of cows milk one). And, I’ve utilized almost all the traditional Borscht ingredients for this recipe as well, except for potatoes and kidney beans. So, my suggestion for you would be to serve this molecular Borscht Cappuccino with some clear potato chips, sprinkled with bean powder.
