Rachel Morin, 37, a single mother, went for a jog around 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 5 at the Ma and Pa Trails in her community of Bel Air, and did not return home. When she failed to return after sundown, her new boyfriend Richard Tobin reported her missing. She was found the next day in a tunnel near the mile marker shown in this video. There is a description of the suspect and a home camera caught him leaving the scene of another attack all the way across the country in LA.
