I compared this step by step to the PCA and it does match up perfectly. This explains it all in a visual way, which I'm sure will answer some questions we've all had - like that weird "turn around" - and why he left then came back.
Personally, I THINK Bryan is the one who ordered the Doordash then drove over and expected it to be there by his arrival at 3:29 am to use as his cover to enter the back door, but it wasn't, so he drove around waiting until it finally did at 4 am.... plus yes this theory about the lights still being on makes perfect sense too.
