This was NOT what the defense wanted, they fought hard and originally won this morning when Judge Newman granted their motion to exclude everything related to "Cousin Eddie" so everyone watching was very surprised when THEY brought him up during cross examination. Therefore Judge Newman reversed his Order and it's all back in. Will he testify tomorrow? Will the state bring back previous witnesses about him and the roadside fake suicide? I bet he does testify but we'll see. This will also push back the State's closing to the following day. Is this a move by the defense or a huge mistake they are regretting?? It was sure a jaw dropping moment for all of us watching. Who else is obsessed with this case?
