This is one of the "harder" combat achievements for Tombs of Amascut due to the sheer randomness of orbs during enrage, as well as the ability for Akkha to randomly switch aggro after a special.

One person needs to know how to butterfly and the other person needs to know how to skip the waves in the corner. Other than that, you just have to hope you get lucky dodging the balls on the enrage phase.
