Pretty easy with a bulwark and brews. I've seen other people use justiciar which also probably works just as good, but I don't own it.

I used the divine super combat potion to count the 3 minutes in the center.

You can dodge all but one axe rotation, but sometimes it's just easier to tank the damage. As long as you keep up with the ranged head you should have plenty of brews to outlast Vardorvis here.
