Colonel Russell Williams, accused of killing two women, faces 82 more charges of breaking, entering and theft in Belleville, Tweed and Ottawa.
Colonel Williams has already be charged with the murder of Cpl. Marie-France Comeau, 37 and Jessica Lloyd. Comeau was a flight attended that worked at CFB Trenton and Lloyd was from Belleville, located just outside the Base.
The additonal charges come as a result of an investigation of cold cases, which is still ongoing. Russell, who made a brief appearance via video link was charged with:
61 counts of breaking and entering, and theft.
11 counts of attempted breaking and entering.
10 counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The investigation is still ongoing and there could be more charges.
