Michael Mineo was on the stand for the second straight day in the trial of three NYPD officers he has said were involved in a brutal attack on him.
During testimony, he lost his temper several times, clearly frustrated while he was being grilled by the three attorneys for the three police officers.
Mineo has accused Officer Richard Kern of sodomizing him with a police baton. Two other cops, Alex Cruz and Andrew Morales, are on trial for allegedly covering up what happened.
