Note: at the time of making this song, there was a backroom level called 45. It seems to be no longer available now and replaced by other levels, so Im bringing it back to life.
Original form was describing a small, humid and warm room with no light and covered windows (basement-alike?). A wanderer had to be completely silent and should avoid touching any window. There were entities that could attack wanderer if he made a noise. After some time, lights appeared and safe exit was possible.

Patient was hospitalized on 08.12.2021 around 10AM, reported by family due to lack of nutrition and dehydration.
Sleep time and duration at acceptable level. Patient maintains poor hygiene, refuses any help.
Patient does not want to take hospital meals and drinks, needs to be force-fed. The cause is possibly purely psychological, as patient believes the food/drink he receives from others, including medical staff, can be poisoned or hazardous.
Interview with patient shows delusions and paranoic behavior; believes to be constantly spied and observed by unknown forces that want to destroy the world. Feels endangered and threatened by most peoples, but also lists particular institutions and groups as threatening the world peace. Rarely reports auditory and visual hallucinations, which he refers to as attempts to communication or x-ray effects.
Interview with family shows that patient had similar health issues throughout past years.
Recommended further observation. Medical treatment and therapy is suggested if patient will continue to refuse provided food.
