Coimisiún na Meán says it has contacted the social media platform TikTok about its response to risky and reckless driving content.
It comes in the aftermath of Sunday's collision on the M9, in which five teenagers who were in a car that was being driven the wrong way down the motorway were killed.
Two women who had been traveling in the other car remain in a critical condition, while another woman and young boy who were in the same car also have serious injuries.
