I spoke with Drew Seldin, co-founder and co-owner of Comic Con Revolution, as the fan-favorite convention returns for its ninth anniversary in Ontario, CA, the weekend of May 16-17, 2026. A self-described Superman fan, Seldin also has a passion for tracking down unique collectibles for his personal collection, like the dog tags he picked up last year from the 'Battlestar Galactica' universe.
At its heart, Comic Con Revolution is a celebration of the people who create the comics, games, toys, TV shows, movies and more that fans cherish. The event exists because of the tireless work of these creators, whose imagination and dedication bring entire worlds to life. The convention is built around honoring that creativity while delivering a standout experience for everyone who attends, exhibits or participates. From improved security to diverse food truck offerings, immersive photo opportunities and unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime moments, the focus is squarely on making the experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
This year’s event features a packed exhibit hall with more than 350 exhibitors. That includes over 175 comic creators in Artist Alley, along with new and vintage comic book dealers, publishers, toy and collectibles vendors, artisans, costume designers, clothing sellers, cosplayers, fan groups and media guests. Cast reunions include, 'Battlestar Galactica', 'Beverly Hills 90210', 'The Flash' and superstars from the world of professional wrestling like Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle, WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard, the first ever woman to old the TNA/Impact World Heavyweight Championship, Tessa Blanchard, ECW Original Rob Van Damm and and the only man to have been in both DX and the NWO, X-Pac aka Sean Waltman. Beyond the show floor, attendees can dive into a full weekend of programming filled with panels, Q&As, how-to sessions, screenings and cosplay showcases.
The convention continues to center its mission on the creators themselves, recognizing that without their work, events like this simply would not exist. Every element of Comic Con Revolution is designed to support that community while giving fans direct access to the people behind the stories and characters they love.
Families will find plenty to enjoy as well. Kids 12 and under receive free admission, making it an accessible outing for all ages. A full weekend adult pass is priced at $45, with tickets still available. The festivities include a Saturday cosplay contest to close out the day for the adults, followed by a kids cosplay contest on Sunday, ensuring the weekend ends on a high note for fans of every generation.
