Bread flour 210g / 1.5cup
Sugar 20g / 3Tbsp
Sea salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Lukewarm milk 130ml+-
Instant yeast 2g / 2/3tsp
Unsalted butter 20g / 1.5Tbsp
Instant coffee 2.5g / 1/2Tbsp
Lukewarm water 1tsp

Pan size 23x8cm

Bake at 200°C / 390°F for 40-45 minutes
